Smith and Bivona Win

Former Franklin Lakes Borough Attorney William Smith and Frank Bivona have won the Republican nominations for town council.
Bivona received 1,017 votes and Smith had 1,008 votes. Brian Trava and Thomas Murphy followed with 526 and 485 votes respectively.

Congrats to Mr. Bivona and Mr. Smith. Thanks for taking the high road and allowing the voters to speak out that they reject dirty politics and personal attacks. That type of politicking has no place in our town and hopefully going forward this will teach future candidates that it is a certain a clear path to failure.
