A Day with RHONJ Kim G

Tom Murro, the Celebritymagnet really lives up to his name, as he got to meet and spend the day with NJ Housewife Kim Granatell. The housewife, who is referred to as “Kim G” on the show, did everything with Tom from drive him around in her Ferrari, to dish on fellow cast member Danielle Staub, to trim her bushes… wait, what?

That’s right! This housewife does not hire her own help, but Kim G actually does all of her own housework. Just to prove this, she busted out the clippers and showed Tom how she trims her bushes. I guess it’s a talent that comes with being from the “Garden State,” and Kim G is a total “Jersey girl.” Even her maiden name is Jersey, an unknown true fact that Tom learned that day.
The mother of three really impressed the Magnet, not only with her gardening skills, but with her pleasant demeanor. She was “cooler than expected” as he mentioned, and was such a blast to spend time with. He might be a little biased since she let him take a ride in her $400,000 Ferrari F430. Tom spent the day talking to her about fellow cast member Danielle Staub, her lavish lifestyle and everything Kim G. As they shared an Iced Tea from Starbucks, the housewife explained to Tom that she did not always “have it all.” She actually grew up with very little, but from that she is always seeking to help others. Kim G meets people who are underprivileged and assists them in getting them things they need such as clothing and food. What a sweetheart!

The Franklin Lakes resident also divulged to Tom several interesting facts about former friend Danielle Staub, and yes, we said “former” friend. Kim G, who is seen as a good friend to her on the show, revealed that her and Danielle are no longer friends. The conversation did not end there, she had quite a few juicy stories about her ex-friend to share.

A few other stops the two made throughout the day included the infamous salon that all the housewives have mentioned on the show, and to Kim G’s luxurious pad. At the salon, Kim G made sure to show her arm candy off to all the employees, before they headed over to her mansion. Tom got to see where the housewife lives and it was everything he expected. A hand-painted mural of Capri, Italy displayed in her three-story foyer, and a closet big enough to fit all of the Yankees baseball players, including bat boys.

Overall, the magnet had a wonderful day with Kim G. She was refreshing, funny and a kind spirit.

He learned some additional fun facts about her…like how the other Kim on the show, “Kim D,” is actually her cousin. And, how Kim G does not even get paid to do the show, she just enjoys working on it, and would definitely do another season if it happens.
It was a busy day for Kim G and Tom, it is not easy being someone’s boy toy. So, she sat him down and read him one of her favorite books, “Why Men Love Bitches!”
